which was established in 2003 in Banjarmasin. Due to the closing of
CV. Berkah bara sejahtera and the change of management and share
ownership. for that CV Berkah Bara Sejahtera turned into PT. Berkah
Batubara.

So to carry out the sale and purchase of coal, we from PT.BERKAH BATUBARA SEJAHTERA, stipulates standard Operational Procedures as follows:
- Letter of Interns from buyer valid for 5 working days
- FCO (Offering Letter) from Seller, valid for 7 days.
- The electronic contract is valid for 1 (one) month, must be renewed with a wet contract or registration with the authorized official. Which is followed by :
- Issuance of a Draft Purchasing order together with a draft LC (payment) Valid for 2 two) weeks
- Validation of LC (payment) and Purchasing Order as of
30 45 (thirty – forty five days) validity period of LC (Payment)
Time Schedule starts from Coal Getting until Ship departs under Quality Control escort.
- Coal Getting (Stone dredging: 5 (five) to a safe point for 7 (seven) Days
- Transhipment (Jetty to Port) : 5 (five) to a safe point for 7 (seven) Days
- Loading Vessel (Port) : 5 (five) to a safe point for 7 (seven) Days
Total processing time: 15 (fifteen) to a safe point of 21 (twenty one) days
Price is determined at the time of On LC and On Purchasing Order until completion of work starting from Coal Getting – until the ship departs. Approximately 30 days to 45 days ahead. In the sense that the price set is valid for one month until the job is finished.
