SSB is part of our group and has agreement set forth in Agreement Deed No. 001/PUBB/BBS-SSB/01/2024, which has been registered with a notary. SSB is the guaranty payment and settlement company for PT. BERKAH BATUBARA SEJAHTERA for Indonesia.
NIS is coal and gold mining division of PT. Berkah, a reputable and experienced company, Batubara Sejahtera. NIS is a professional mining construction service provide with ample manpower.
BEIJING FANNENG COMMERCE & TRADE CO., LTD. conducts sales and purchases on a CIF or CFR basis and represents us legally in China. Our Beijing Office is located in Room 607 of Building A in the Shangdu International Center at 8 Dongdaqiao Road in the Chaoyang District. They are our official partner and representative of PT. BERKAH BATUBARA SEJAHTERA in Beijing. Our partner can perform authentication, verification, and legal contract security for CIF and CFR. They have the right to meet with and speak to our clients in China and sign laboratory parameter inspection results in China
